ELFFMB is the first large-scale electric locomotive overhaul factory, is also one of large-scale, good technical force, and perfect conveyance equipment overhaul factories. It is the center defined by the former Chinese Ministry of Coal Industry(MCI) of manufacture and repair for standard-gauge electric locomotive, rail steam hauler, mining mechanical and electrical equipment. It is the fixed factory making underground special permissible storage battery locomotive, narrow-gauge electric trolley locomotive and mobile substation, mining electrical transformer, is the first-class enterprise of Chinese Coal Industry.
